By creating an account or using SeekingRhinos (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We record the date and version you accepted when your account is created.
The Service is provided for your own personal job search. You may not resell, share, or provide access to the Service on behalf of third parties, scrape or bulk-export the Service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the Service to send unsolicited communications or unlawful content.
The Service reads publicly accessible job postings only. You may not use it to attempt to access gated, paywalled, or authenticated employer content.
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for data export and deletion.
The Service, its software, design, and content are owned by SeekingRhinos and licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive basis. You retain ownership of the material you provide (resume, work history, notes) and grant us the licence needed to operate the Service for you, including generating tailored documents on your behalf.
Resumes, cover letters, dossiers, fit scores, summaries, and any other output generated with artificial intelligence are assistive drafts only. They can be incomplete, outdated, or factually wrong.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving every AI-generated document, score, or message before you send or submit it to any employer, recruiter, or third party.
SeekingRhinos makes no guarantee of any employment outcome — including interviews, offers, compensation, or responses of any kind — and accepts zero liability for application rejections, missed opportunities, or inaccuracies in generated material or matching scores.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Job listings, employer data, and scores are gathered from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeekingRhinos and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
We may modify these Terms; material changes raise the version number and are shown to you in the app. We may suspend or end access for misuse. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
